What is your return policy?
We will offer a full refund or exchange on items that are unworn in their original condition within ten days. If you try something on once at home and decide you don't like it, you may return it. We are unable to accept returns on merchandise that has been worn. Garments that are custom-made to your own measurements are non-refundable. Please check our sizing charts to make sure you are ordering the correct size. Our sizes may not correspond to what you usually buy.
Can you accept rush orders?
It depends on a lot of things. Often we can. Please email us and let us know exactly what it is you want, in what size and by what date, and we will
get back to you ASAP.
Can I order a custom dyed item in a color (or colors) other than those you are offering?
Sure! Simply specify one or more colors on your order form (if ordering by check or money order) or if you are paying by credit card just specify them in the dialog box that asks you for your height. If you have already submitted your order, just email us and let us know ASAP about the color specifications. If we haven't already completed the dyeing process for your order we will be more than happy to custom dye it for you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Generally that depends on how many items you order and if there is custom dyeing involved. We try to get our orders out within 1-3 weeks. If it will take longer, we will notify you.
Do you do custom designs?
We sure do, please email us your idea and we can discuss it with you.
I want to buy a gift for someone, but I am not sure what size/color/style they might like. Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, please visit our gift certificate page.
I looked at your gift certificate page, but I want a certificate for a dollar amount other than what you have listed. Can a buy a gift certificate for a different amount?
Yes. Please contact us and let us know the dollar amount you would like to purchase.
I have a gift certificate, how do I redeem it?
Please email us and let us know you have a gift certificate, what the value of the certificate is and which item you would like to purchase. If the item is less than the dollar amount of the certificate, we will issue you a new one for the remaining amount. If it is more than the dollar amount, we will discuss payment options with you via email. Please do not submit an order via credit card if you have a gift certificate. Please contact us first.
My card was declined by CCNow, now what?
You can try to resubmit your order with another card, or order by check or money order.
What is this CCNow thing anyway?
CCNow is a third party shopping cart/credit card company that handles our credit card transactions. They do all the credit card billing and send the order on to us once it has been approved. Your statement will show a charge from CCNow and not from Divinity. Basically, they take care of the credit card stuff so we can better take care of your clothing!

I live in Colorado and I am interesting in being a photo and/or
fit model, do you need models?
From time to time, we do need fit models or models for photo shoots. If you are interested and you live in the Denver/Boulder area, please email us to inquire about our current needs.
You don't offer a garment I want to purchase in my size. Can you make it for me in that size?
