"Gypsy" Skirt:

This three-tiered "gypsy" skirt is made of alternating panels of mottle-dyed velvet and rayon in your choice of two colors and overstenciled in arabesque patterns. Cluny lace trims the hem (length shown is 32", but can be varied a few inches), and it has an elastic waistband. Choli and hip scarf not available.
